the process


1. E-mail with your name, contact information, job instructions or requirements, any document attachments, and other particulars related to your project.


2. Within 24 hours, an editor will respond to your inquiry by e-mail or phone to learn more about you and the task at hand. The editor may ask you to complete a questionnaire or schedule a phone consultation.


3. Upon acceptance of your project and within one day, we submit a detailed work order that includes job specifications such as services provided, timeline, pricing, and terms of payment.


We work primarily online and over the phone.
